Admission Process


 For Dispenser Class: Quota of few seats are available without any extra fees for flood affected areas, for those who have at least three years’ experience of working as NON-Qualified dispensers and rural school teachers.
 For Lab Technician and Lab Assistant: Through Merit Basis
 Documents required for the completion of your admission process:
1.        Matric Certificate with Science 1 photo copy
2.        Matric School Character Certificate 1 photo copy
3.        Domicile Certificate 1 Copy
4.        Passport & Stamp size color Photograph 3 nos. each
5.        ID Card personal 1 copy or B-Form of NDRA
Note: Original docs will be required for verification at the time of final Admission
 The prospectus and the application form can be collected from the College Office by paying Rs.50/- (by post Rs.150/-) in cash or Demand Draft in favor of “College of Health Sciences, Taqwa Masjid Road, Garden Town, Sher Shah Road, Multan” Payable at HBL-Multan. All other information regarding the above will be available at CLS Office.
 

Rules for Admission: The Institute reserves the rights to change the procedure and rules at any time without any prior notice, should it be deemed necessary in the interest, of the student, of the institute. The decision of the Institute Authority in respect of any interpretation of variation of admission procedure and rules in implementation of the recommendation of the admission committee must be final. The admission of a student will be automatically cancelled, if the student fails to attend classes within seven days from its commencement. The admission of an eligible candidate is subjected to the availability of seats. A candidate who furnishes particulars, which are found to be false or suppresses information will not be considered for admission, and if admitted; his/her admission will be cancelled and all the fees will be forfeited. All disputes will be settled either by arbitration or in courts of Law at Multan.
 Fees Concession: 15% for Special people will be offered.
 Financial Assistance: Financial consultancy is provided free of charge to all those who ask for it or are identified to be in need of.
 Social Support: is also provided free of charge to all students who demand  or arerecognized to be in need of.
